Acceptance of Responsibility:
- CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL) shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or vandalism to vehicles or personal belongings while utilizing our valet services.
- Users of CCL’s valet services are responsible for removing all valuable items from their vehicles before handing over the keys to our valet attendants.
Limited Liability:
- CCL and its employees shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the use of our valet services, including but not limited to slips, falls, or vehicle collisions.
- Users of CCL’s valet services agree to release and hold harmless CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL) from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the use of our valet services.
Indemnification:
- Users of CCL’s valet services agree to indemnify and hold CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL), its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses incurred as a result of their use of our valet services.
- This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with legal fees, settlement amounts, or any other expenses related to claims arising from the use of our valet services.
Exclusion of Warranties:
- CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL) makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of our valet services for any particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our valet services or the accuracy of the information provided.
Reservation Policy:
- Reservations for valet services are subject to availability.
- CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any valet service reservation at its discretion.
Pricing and Payment:
- Prices for our valet services are subject to change without prior notice.
- Users of CCL’s valet services are responsible for paying the applicable fees in accordance with the rates provided.
Modification of Terms and Conditions:
- CCL Properties Management Company Limited (CCL) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Users of our valet services are encouraged to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
By utilizing CCL’s valet services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using CCL’s valet services.
